Amanda Vosper - BA LLB

Amanda commenced work as a barrister and solicitor in Cambridge in 1979. Apart from a short stint overseas she has been here ever since. Amanda's special areas of interest are rural law, commercial law, trusts and asset planning and equine law. However, with over 40 years of experience as a general practitioner Amanda has a wide range of knowledge and expertise and enjoys all aspects of the law.
Amanda has recently become a grandmother to Darcy and Spencer, she is enjoying that role in her spare time. She has also acquired an e-bike and enjoys cycling and walking with friends.

Vernon graduated from the University of Waikato in 2006 and practiced law in New Plymouth for 18 months before travelling overseas. Upon returning to New Zealand he worked part time for Vosper Law during 2010 while studying for his Master's Degree in Law. He began working full time for Vosper Law in January 2011 and in May 2011 was awarded Master of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Waikato. Vernon practices as a general solicitor and can assist you in all areas of the law.
Vernon was born and raised in Cambridge where he lives with his wife Amy and three children Carlos, Lizzie and William. He is a member of and plays for the Cambridge Cricket Club and is the chairman of the Cambridge Cricket Association.
Marc van den Heuvel - LLB

Marc was born and bred in Cambridge and completed his schooling here. A graduate of Otago University Law School, he has had a diverse law career practicing in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
He has significant experience in commercial business and property law including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, sale and purchase of businesses, commercial rural and residential property transactions and their financing arrangements.
Marc has always maintained his connections to Cambridge and is now the honorary solicitor for both the Hautapu Sports Club and also the Cambridge Cosmopolitan Club. Marc is specifically interested in assisting small to medium sized business owners with their legislative compliance issues, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, financing and business turnarounds.

After being admitted to the bar in November 2015, Dale worked as Judges’ Clerk at the Hamilton District Court. She subsequently gained experience in a general practice firm in Matamata before joining Vosper Law in April 2020.

Kathryne Fletcher - LLB, BASS

Kathryne joined the firm in 2022 as a graduate with a depth of law office experience having spent more than 14 years in law across various roles.
Kathryne concentrates her practice across all aspects of trust law, trust administration, and estate planning. This includes the establishment and maintenance of trusts, review of trusts and advice, variations, change of trustees, distributions, and wind ups and Wills. Kathryne is well-placed to help guide you through these processes.

Rajbir was born and raised in the Waikato and graduated from the University of Waikato with Honours for her Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring in political science and a Bachelor of Law. She started practising as a solicitor in 2019.
Rajbir supports the firm in private client and residential property matters. She also works in the areas of estate planning and administration, which she particularly enjoys.
With multilingual skills, Rajbir is fluent in English, can speak Punjabi, Hindi, and understands Urdu.

Jake completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Waikato in 2024, following two years living abroad in Thailand and England. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2025 and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Strategic Management, part-time.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys travelling and making the most of time outdoors, particularly on the water, as well as spending time with friends and family.
Jake enjoys all areas of law, and has a particular interest in property, commercial and dispute resolution.

Keri Houston

Keri transferred to Vosper Law as a Senior Legal Executive in January 2020 when Vosper Law purchased the practice of Brian Nabbs, Lawyer. With over 21 years’ experience, Keri has extensive experience in Property Law, Subdivisions, Commercial Law, Estates and Trusts.
When she is not at her desk, Keri dedicates her time to her family in Cambridge and to being an ironman triathlete. Keri has competed in Ironman events since 2004 and is a New Zealand and Asia Pacific age group champion and remains focused on her pursuit of an Ironman World Championship Title in Hawaii.
Pam Fitzgibbon

Pam is a Registered Legal Executive who rejoined the team in May 2025. Pam started working as a Legal Executive in 1995 and is now a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives.
Pam specializes in Subdivisions and has over 25 years experience working with both developers undertaking large scale residential developments, straightforward boundary adjustments and everything in between. Pam enjoys finding solutions to problems and challenges and bringing all of the puzzle pieces together to help clients achieve their goals.
Pam has a wealth of experience in property law, retirement villages (occupation right agreements), wills and enduring powers of attorney.
Outside of work Pam enjoys gardening and has a 2 acre “lifestyle” property to keep her busy, she also enjoys the beach, reading and walking the dog.

Louise joined Vosper Law as Amanda's secretary in February 2014. Louise is now a qualified Legal Executive having completed her studies in 2016. Louise works in Estates, Residential Conveyancing.
Louise lives in Hamilton with her vibrant family, she enjoys supporting the Chiefs, river walks, and camping holidays with her family and friends at the beach.

Mandy joined Vosper Law in January 2021. Originally from the UK, she moved to the Waikato in 2006 with her Daughter and Son and began her career as Legal Executive in Morrinsville where she still lives. Mandy helps our clients with their conveyancing matters and aims to make the process as stress free as possible for them.
Mandy enjoys renovating her house, gardening and spending time with her friends and family – especially her Grandsons.

Laura is a Registered legal Executive with over 25 years law office experience. She moved to the Waikato in 2004 to complete a Bachelor of Communication at Waikato University, and soon made Cambridge her forever home. Laura’s specialty areas include sale and purchases, refinancing and helping couples and families plan property sharing arrangements.
Laura is a busy mother of two teenagers and loves to support their equestrian, rugby and golfing endeavours. In her free time, she enjoys socialising with her friends and children be it a day at the races, the polo or watching the Chiefs play both home and away.
